The bank specializes in retail banking services and operates primarily across Southern Italy. As of 2014, it maintained 137 branches covering 12 out of 20 Italian regions, with the strongest presence in Apulia (75 branches covering all six provinces), Campania (14 branches), Basilicata (10 branches), and smaller networks in other regions. The bank had total assets of approximately €4.3 billion as of 2014.
