Zigama CSS (Zigama Credit and Savings Society) is a financial cooperative bank in Rwanda that exclusively serves members of the country's defence and security institutions. Established to improve the welfare of security personnel and their families, the bank operates as a member-owned cooperative licensed and regulated by the National Bank of Rwanda.
With over 100,000 members across Rwanda's security sector, Zigama CSS has grown from a modest savings society into one of Rwanda's significant financial institutions. As of 2025, the bank reported a net profit of RWF 39.3 billion (approximately USD 29 million).
