ING

ING is a digital-first retail and wholesale bank operating in Australia as a wholly owned subsidiary of ING Group, the Dutch multinational banking corporation. Founded as Australia's first direct bank in 1999, ING has grown to become the country's fifth-largest bank and the largest mortgage lender outside of Australia's Big Four banks.

As of December 2024, ING serves over 2.3 million active customers with 2,556 employees. The bank operates with combined lending assets exceeding AUD $70 billion and savings balances over AUD $53 billion.
