FECECAM (Faîtière des Caisses d'Épargne et de Crédit Agricole Mutuel du Bénin) is the oldest and largest cooperative microfinance institution in Benin. As a decentralized financial system of cooperative and mutualist type, FECECAM serves as a federation coordinating 33 financially autonomous local savings and credit cooperatives (CLCAM) across the country.

With over 1.3 million members as of December 2023, FECECAM represents more than 50% of the microcredit market in Benin. The institution operates 133 service points across all 77 municipalities in the country, making it the most geographically extensive microfinance network in Benin.

FECECAM specializes in providing accessible financial services to low-income populations, rural communities, micro-entrepreneurs, and agricultural actors who are typically excluded from traditional banking services.
