As of July 2025, the bank was formerly known as Kaleido Private Bank before being acquired by Group Banque Richelieu, a Paris-based international wealth and asset management group. Following the acquisition, the bank was rebranded as Banque Richelieu Switzerland, expanding the group's total assets under management to approximately €10 billion.
