Energbank (officially Banca Comercială "ENERGBANK" S.A.) is a universal commercial bank operating in the Republic of Moldova. As a joint-stock company, the bank provides a comprehensive range of retail and corporate banking services to individuals and businesses throughout Moldova. Energbank is part of the Iute Group, following its acquisition by AS IuteCredit Europe in 2021, which became the majority shareholder with over 50% of the bank's share capital.
