About Vakufska Banka in the Bosnia and Herzegovina
Vakufska Banka was a commercial bank based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Originally established as an attempt to introduce Islamic banking principles to Bosnia and Herzegovina, the bank eventually transitioned to conventional banking operations. It served the Bosnian market until its merger with ASA Banka in December 2021.
