Phillip Bank is a commercial bank operating in Cambodia and a member of the PhillipCapital Group, which is headquartered in Singapore. Established in 2009, the bank offers a comprehensive range of financial services and products to corporate, SME (small and medium enterprise), and retail customers throughout Cambodia.
Following a 2020 merger with KREDIT Microfinance Institution Plc., Phillip Bank became one of the largest commercial banks in Cambodia in terms of branch network, operating more than 70 branches nationwide. The bank is the only Singaporean-owned commercial bank in Cambodia.
