Bancoppel

Bancoppel is a Mexican retail banking institution and subsidiary of Grupo Coppel, one of Mexico's largest retail conglomerates. The bank specializes in serving Mexico's mass market and popular segments, offering accessible financial services to populations traditionally excluded from conventional banking.

As of June 2025, Bancoppel ranks as the fifteenth largest bank in Mexico by credit portfolio and total deposits, and sixteenth by total assets. With over 1,300 branches distributed across all 32 states and 523 cities, Bancoppel operates the third-largest branch network in Mexico. The bank serves more than 37 million clients, half of whom had no prior access to financial products.
