UnionBank, formally known as Union Bank of the Philippines, Inc., is one of the universal banks in the Philippines and the ninth largest bank in the country by assets. As of 2020, the bank's total assets stood at PHP 774.46 billion, with net income of PHP 11.55 billion.

UnionBank is a joint consortium among the Aboitiz Group (49.31%), Social Security System (18.91%), and Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. (16.32%). The bank is publicly traded on the Philippine Stock Exchange under the symbol UBP and has established itself as a leader in digital banking innovation in the Philippines.
