Keneba VISACA is a community-based Village Savings and Credit Association operating in The Gambia. It is a licensed microfinance institution that provides financial services to rural communities in the Kiang West district of the Lower River Region. As a VISACA, it is a user-owned, user-managed, and user-financed institution that operates at the village level to collect local savings and provide loans to individual villagers and community groups.

VISACAs are the grassroots tier of microfinance institutions in The Gambia, designed to bring financial services to the doorstep of rural populations who lack access to traditional banking infrastructure.
