Türkiye Kalkınma ve Yatırım Bankası A.Ş. (TKYB), also known as the Development and Investment Bank of Türkiye, is a state-owned development and investment bank in Turkey. Operating as a joint stock company under private law provisions, TKYB specializes in providing long-term financing, investment banking services, and technical consultancy to enterprises in strategic sectors critical to Turkey's sustainable economic development.

The bank is 99.08% owned by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Treasury and Finance, with the remaining 0.92% publicly traded on the Borsa Istanbul (BIST) since 1991. TKYB ranks as the 21st largest bank in the Turkish banking system and holds the position as the 4th largest among all development and investment banks in Turkey.
