Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank

Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank (UPGB) is a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) operating in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Established on 1 May 2025, the bank was formed through the amalgamation of three existing regional rural banks—Aryavart Bank, Baroda UP Bank, and Prathama UP Gramin Bank—under the Government of India's "One State, One RRB" policy.

UPGB is sponsored by Bank of Baroda and operates under the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976. With approximately 4,330 branches across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh and one branch in Haridwar district of Uttarakhand, it represents one of India's largest regional rural banking networks.
