Evocabank

Evocabank is a pioneering Armenian commercial bank headquartered in Yerevan, Armenia, known for its innovative mobile-first banking approach and digital services. Established as the first commercial bank registered in Armenia with over 30 years of banking experience, Evocabank transformed from Prometey Bank in 2017, adopting a new strategy focused on fast, simple, and innovative services through active use of the latest information technologies.

As of January 2023, Mareta Gevorkyan owns 100% of the ordinary shares and substantially all preferred shares.
