Caisse Populaire Petite Epargne de la Vallée (CAPPEV) is a Haitian savings and credit cooperative serving the community of La Vallée de Jacmel in the Sud-Est department of Haiti. As a member of the national cooperative banking network, CAPPEV provides essential financial services to members who may otherwise be excluded from traditional banking. The institution operates under the supervision of the Banque de la République d'Haïti (BRH) and is affiliated with ANACAPH (Association Nationale des Caisses Populaires Haïtiennes), which was founded in 1998 to support the development of credit unions across Haiti.
