Citibank

Citibank is a foreign commercial bank operating in the Philippines as a branch of Citibank, N.A., a subsidiary of the multinational financial services corporation Citigroup. Following the sale of its consumer banking operations to UnionBank in 2022, Citibank Philippines now exclusively serves institutional clients, including the public sector, top-tier local corporates, multinational companies, and financial institutions.

With approximately 7,000 employees and assets exceeding ₱800 billion as of 2024, Citibank remains one of the largest foreign banks in the Philippines. The bank operates primarily through its Institutional Clients Group and serves as a regional hub for Citi Solutions Centers, providing business process outsourcing services to Citi operations worldwide.
