BluOr Bank

BluOr Bank AS is a Latvian commercial bank specializing in retail banking, business banking, and asset management services for European customers. Founded in 2001 as Baltikums Bank and rebranded as BluOr Bank in March 2022 (previously BlueOrange Bank from 2017-2022), the bank operates as a partner-first institution with local capital ownership, emphasizing quick decision-making and flexible financing solutions.

As of 2024, BluOr Bank ranked as the 6th largest bank in Latvia with total assets of approximately €1.036 billion, representing a 3.40% market share and demonstrating 13.47% asset growth. The bank achieved strong profitability with an 18.6% return on equity and 1.86% return on assets, making it the 6th most profitable bank in Latvia. In December 2021, BluOr Bank was designated as one of five systemically important financial institutions in Latvia by the Financial and Capital Market Commission.

The bank employs approximately 260 people and is headquartered at Smilšu iela 6, Rīga, LV-1050. BluOr Bank ranks among Latvia's 500 largest companies and 101 most valuable companies, positioned 69th in 2025 (up from 89th in 2024).
