Equity BCDC (Equity Banque Commerciale du Congo SA) is a commercial bank in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is the second-largest bank in the DRC by assets, with a balance sheet exceeding USD 3.7 billion as of December 2021.
The bank was formed through the merger of Equity Bank Congo (formerly ProCredit Bank DRCongo) and Banque Commerciale du Congo (BCDC). It is a subsidiary of Equity Group Holdings Limited, a Kenya-based financial services conglomerate with total assets exceeding USD 10 billion.
