Armeconombank is a universal commercial bank in Armenia and one of the country's system-building financial institutions. As a joint stock company (OJSC), the bank operates with Banking License No. 1 from the Central Bank of Armenia and serves both retail and corporate clients across the country.
With over 34 years of operation, Armeconombank plays a significant role in Armenia's banking sector and economic development. The bank has approximately 52% of its share capital owned by the Sukiasyan family, with the remaining 48% held by around 8,000 minority shareholders.
