About Puducherry Grama Bank in India
Puducherry Grama Bank (also known as Puduvai Bharathiar Grama Bank) is a Regional Rural Bank (RRB) operating in the Union Territory of Puducherry, India. The bank is jointly owned by the Government of India (50%), Indian Bank (35%), and the Government of Puducherry (15%).
It is the only RRB operating in the Union Territory of Puducherry. The bank serves a clientele base of over 3.10 lakh customers across 48 branches, making it the largest bank in Puducherry by branch network.
