About First Investment Bank in the Ukraine
First Investment Bank (also known as PINbank) is a Ukrainian universal banking institution that has provided comprehensive financial services to private individuals and corporate clients since 1997. The bank operates across 14 regions of Ukraine with over 30 branches.
On January 24, 2024, First Investment Bank was nationalized and transferred to state ownership following legal proceedings. In January 2025, the Ukrainian government announced plans to transfer the bank's shares to Ukrposhta to create a postal bank intended to expand financial access to underserved areas.
