Nave Bank

Nave Bank is Puerto Rico's first new bank in over two decades and the first digitally focused bank established on the island. Founded in September 2023, Nave Bank operates as a state-chartered, FDIC-insured member bank (Certificate #59324) with headquarters in San Juan. The bank is wholly owned by Nave Holdings, Inc., and was established with $96 million in initial capital to serve commercial and retail customers through digital distribution channels and a single branch office.
