Compagnie de Financement Foncier (CFF) is a specialized French credit institution operating as a société de crédit foncier (SCF). As a wholly-owned subsidiary of Crédit Foncier de France and part of the BPCE Group, CFF is one of France's largest covered bond issuers. The bank specializes in refinancing the BPCE Group's public sector lending and mortgage portfolios through the issuance of obligations foncières (French covered bonds).
