It is one of 35 member cooperatives (caisses populaires) affiliated with the Faitière des Caisses Populaires du Burkina (FCPB), the umbrella organization of the Réseau des Caisses Populaires du Burkina (RCPB).
As part of Burkina Faso's largest and oldest microfinance institution, Caisse Populaire de Dédougou serves members throughout the Boucle du Mouhoun region. The cooperative focuses on mobilizing local savings and providing accessible credit to support economic development in its service area.
