Alizz Islamic Bank is a full-fledged Islamic bank operating in the Sultanate of Oman. Launched on September 30, 2013, it is a closed joint stock company (SAOC) that provides Shari'a-compliant financial solutions to retail, commercial, and corporate customers.
The bank serves customers across Oman through an extensive branch network and digital banking platforms. With a total paid-up capital of 100 million Omani Rials, 40% was raised through a public Initial Public Offering (IPO) while 60% was contributed by the bank's founding promoters.
