Bank Permata is a major commercial bank in Indonesia, headquartered in Jakarta. Currently owned by Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited of Thailand (which acquired 89.12% of shares in May 2020, later increased to 98.71%), Bank Permata operates as a BUKU IV bank, the highest classification category for Indonesian banks.
