Diac (legal name: Diffusion Industrielle et Automobile par le Crédit) is the French subsidiary of RCI Bank and Services, wholly owned by Renault Group. Operating under the commercial brand Mobilize Financial Services since 2022, Diac serves as the captive financing arm for Renault Group's automotive brands including Renault, Dacia, Alpine, Nissan, and Mitsubishi in France. With over 1.2 million vehicle financing agreements processed in 2022 and more than 4,000 employees across nearly 35 countries in the RCI network, Diac represents one of France's major automotive finance specialists.
