Taiama Community Bank is a rural community bank located in Taiama, Kori Chiefdom, Moyamba District, in the Southern Province of Sierra Leone. It is one of 17 community banks established across Sierra Leone as part of the government's Rural Finance and Community Improvement Programme (RFCIP), supported by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD).

The bank serves smallholder farming groups, micro and small-scale entrepreneurs, women, and youth in rural communities. It provides financial services to populations that typically lack access to commercial banking, operating on a community-ownership model where local residents purchase shares in the bank.
