Community Organized Project Systems

Community Organized Project Systems (Sistemas de Proyectos Organizados en Comunidad, or Sistemas POC's) is a Sociedad Cooperativa de Ahorro y Préstamo (SOCAP) operating in Mexico. It is a non-profit savings and loan cooperative that provides financial services exclusively to its members. The cooperative is registered with and supervised by the Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores (CNBV), Mexico's banking and securities regulatory authority.

As a SOCAP, Community Organized Project Systems is part of Mexico's social sector of the financial system, operating without speculative aims and focusing on providing accessible financial services to communities that traditionally face barriers to accessing conventional banking services.
