Banorte

Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V., operating as Banorte (Banco Mercantil del Norte), is one of Mexico's four largest commercial banks and financial services holding companies. Headquartered in Monterrey and Mexico City, Banorte is the only major Mexican bank among the country's largest institutions that remains under Mexican ownership and management without foreign control.

With total consolidated assets exceeding $90 billion USD, more than 30 billion dollars in assets under management, over 27,000 employees, and approximately 1,269 branches nationwide, Banorte serves more than 12 million customers. The bank is listed on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), Latibex, and trades as an ADR on the OTC QX market in the United States.
