AffinityPlus Credit Union is a member-owned financial cooperative in Barbados that provides comprehensive banking services to over 31,000 members. Formerly known as the Barbados Workers' Union Co-operative Credit Union Ltd (BWUCCUL), it is one of the largest credit unions in Barbados with assets exceeding $200 million.
The credit union originated from the labour movement and continues to serve a broad cross-section of the Barbadian population. AffinityPlus operates three branches across the island and employs approximately 66 staff members.
