Warka Bank for Investment and Finance is an Iraqi commercial bank headquartered in Baghdad. Established in 1999 as a private joint stock company, it is one of the largest private banks in Iraq. The bank operates 120 branches throughout Baghdad and all Iraqi governorates, providing comprehensive banking services to retail and corporate customers.

Warka Bank was a pioneer in Iraq's banking sector, being the first bank in the country to implement electronic banking services and the first to provide international card services. In 2024, the bank began a major digital transformation initiative to provide advanced and secure banking services to its customers.
