PUMB (First Ukrainian International Bank) is one of Ukraine's leading commercial banks, providing comprehensive banking services to retail and corporate clients. As of January 2024, the bank is recognized by the National Bank of Ukraine as one of the country's systemically important banks, serving approximately 1.7 million clients nationwide.

PUMB is a private bank primarily owned by SCM Holdings, associated with Ukrainian oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, who holds 92.24% of shares through SCM Finance. The bank operates an extensive network of 211 branches across all regions of Ukraine, making it one of the country's largest private banking institutions. PUMB ranks among Ukraine's top eight banks by key financial indicators and is the largest Ukrainian bank with private capital.
