As one of the country's five largest decentralized financial systems, CECA specializes in providing savings and credit services to artisans, small traders, micro-entrepreneurs, and individual members across multiple branches.
With assets of approximately 10 billion CFA francs as of 2024, CECA is a member of the Association Professionnelle des Systèmes Financiers Décentralisés du Togo (APSFD-TOGO), the professional association overseeing Togo's microfinance sector.
