Peresvet Bank

Peresvet Bank is a Russian commercial bank operating with a universal banking license issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Originally founded with strong ties to the Russian Orthodox Church and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, the bank has historically focused on corporate banking services, particularly serving medium and large businesses. Following a financial crisis in 2016-2017, the bank underwent a significant rehabilitation process and is now controlled by the All-Russian Bank for Regional Development (VBRR), which is owned by Rosneft.

The bank maintains its headquarters in Moscow and operates primarily in Russia's major urban centers. As of recent years, Peresvet Bank has concentrated on corporate banking while maintaining selective retail banking services for high-net-worth individuals.
