Dolinsk Bank

Dolinsk Bank is a regional commercial bank based in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russia. Operating since 1990, it serves as a universal banking institution providing comprehensive financial services to both retail and corporate clients throughout the Sakhalin region. The bank holds a basic license from the Central Bank of Russia (license №857) and ranks second among banks in Sakhalinsk Oblast by assets, with approximately 11.7 billion rubles in total assets as of mid-2025.

Since December 2021, Dolinsk Bank has been part of one of Russia's largest food holdings managed by AO "Konditerus Kom," which owns the "KDV" and "Yarche" groups of companies. This integration has enabled the bank to expand its digital banking capabilities and extend services across Russia under the "Yarche" brand.
