MCCA is a Colombian company headquartered in Bogotá D.C. and supervised by the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC). Its primary corporate purpose is administering a low-value payment system for domestic transactions using cards and other Mastercard payment instruments issued by Colombian financial institutions.
