Bank of India (Uganda) Limited is a commercial bank operating in Uganda as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bank of India, one of India's five largest public sector banks. The bank was established to serve corporate clients, medium-sized businesses, and upper-market retail customers, while also providing developmental banking services for micro and small enterprises.

As of December 2018, the bank held total assets of approximately UGX 204 billion (US$ 54.91 million), with customer deposits of UGX 125.45 billion and a loan portfolio of UGX 127.34 billion. The bank is licensed and regulated by the Bank of Uganda, the country's central banking authority.
