Hua Nan Commercial Bank - Manila Branch is a foreign commercial bank branch operating in the Philippines. It is the 14th overseas branch of Taiwan-based Hua Nan Commercial Bank Ltd., which is a subsidiary of Hua Nan Financial Holdings Co. Ltd., one of Taiwan's largest financial institutions.

The Manila branch was established to serve both Taiwanese businesses operating in the Philippines and local Filipino customers, with a particular focus on small and medium-sized enterprises. It is the ninth foreign bank and the fourth Taiwanese bank to enter the Philippine banking system under the foreign bank liberalization framework.
