As a member-owned financial institution, it operates on cooperative principles, providing financial services primarily to individuals and small businesses in the high jungle region of Peru.

The cooperative serves the agricultural communities of Quillabamba and surrounding areas, focusing on supporting local farmers and entrepreneurs.
