The bank is 99.99% owned by Destek Finans Faktoring A.Ş., which is in turn wholly owned by Destek Holding. The bank has demonstrated exceptional growth since its inception, with total assets reaching TRY 33.8 billion as of September 2025, expanding from just TRY 1.6 billion in its launch year of 2022.
