Telangana Grameena Bank (TGB) is a Regional Rural Bank operating in the state of Telangana, India. The bank was established in its current form on January 1, 2025, following the merger with branches of Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank under the Government of India's "One State, One RRB" policy.
TGB is sponsored by State Bank of India and operates under the Regional Rural Banks Act of 1976. The bank serves all 33 districts of Telangana through approximately 930 branches, focusing on rural development and financial inclusion. The ownership structure includes 50% Government of India, 35% State Bank of India, and 15% Government of Telangana.
