Cooperativa Mixta Mujeres Unidas Limitada (COMIXMUL) is a mixed savings and credit cooperative in Honduras that was originally established to serve women entrepreneurs and small-scale vendors. The cooperative is headquartered in Siguatepeque, Comayagua Department, and was designed to provide financial services primarily to women who lacked access to traditional banking.
COMIXMUL grew to serve approximately 30,000 members, the majority of whom were women engaged in small business activities. The cooperative operated under the supervision of CONSUCOOP (Consejo Nacional Supervisor de Cooperativas), Honduras's national cooperative regulatory authority.
