Madina Sancha VISACA is a community-based microfinance institution located in Medina Sancha village, Kiang West district in the Lower River Region of The Gambia. As a Village Savings and Credit Association (VISACA), it is a member-owned and member-managed financial cooperative that provides essential financial services to rural communities.

The institution serves both the primary village of Medina Sancha and several satellite villages, operating as a "village bank" that enables local residents to access savings facilities and credit without depending on traditional moneylenders or shopkeepers. Madina Sancha VISACA is licensed and supervised by the Central Bank of The Gambia (CBG), and is recognized as one of the best-performing village banks in the country.
