Corporación Financiera Nacional B.P. (CFN) is Ecuador's national development bank and a public financial institution wholly funded by the Ecuadorian government. As Ecuador's primary development bank, CFN focuses on promoting sustainable economic growth by providing financial and non-financial services to the country's productive and strategic sectors. The institution operates as a second-tier bank (banca de segundo piso), channeling resources through private financial institutions to expand access to credit for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MIPYMEs) across all 24 provinces of Ecuador.

CFN holds a AAA- credit rating for its National Guarantee Fund and an AA+ institutional rating, positioning it on par with Ecuador's leading commercial banks.
