Findeter

Findeter (Financiera de Desarrollo Territorial S.A.) is Colombia's territorial development bank specializing in planning, structuring, financing, and executing infrastructure projects that improve quality of life across Colombian regions. As a second-tier development bank, Findeter provides wholesale financing to commercial banks and other first-tier lenders, which then lend to municipalities, departments, and other public and private entities for infrastructure development. The institution focuses particularly on strengthening administrative and management capacities in category 3, 4, 5, and 6 municipalities and districts, working to reduce territorial and socioeconomic gaps throughout Colombia.
