TransBank, officially known as Transport and Development Bank LLC, is a commercial bank in Mongolia. The bank originally received its banking license from the Bank of Mongolia on February 28, 1997, establishing itself as one of the pioneer financial institutions in the country.

The bank underwent a significant transformation on October 27, 2016, when new shareholders acquired 100% ownership. Following this acquisition, a new Board of Directors and executive management team redefined the bank's strategic direction. Since then, TransBank has been focused on becoming a financial partner for environmentally aware corporate and individual clients throughout Mongolia.
