Bank Nowy is a retail and business banking institution in Poland that emerged from the restructuring of a troubled cooperative bank. Originally established as Bank Nowy BFG in January 2020 as a bridging institution by the Bank Guarantee Fund to facilitate the restructuring of Podkarpackie Bank Spółdzielczy, it was purchased by Wielkopolski Bank Spółdzielczy (neoBank) in October 2021 and renamed Bank Nowy. The bank serves retail customers and small businesses across Poland with traditional banking products.
