Cocori­te/St. James Credit Union

Cocorite/St. James Credit Union is a community-based financial cooperative located in Trinidad and Tobago. It serves members primarily in the St. James and Cocorite areas of western Port of Spain. As a credit union, it operates on the principle of "not for profit but for service," providing financial services to its membership through a cooperative ownership model.

The credit union is part of Trinidad and Tobago's extensive credit union movement, which includes over 80 credit unions serving more than 400,000 members nationwide. It is affiliated with the Co-operative Credit Union League of Trinidad and Tobago, the national umbrella organization that supports local credit unions.
