As of 2022, Banco Ripley operates 33 branches and 39 service centers across Chile, serving over 1.3 million customers with a gross loan portfolio exceeding USD 1.3 billion.

Following the retail banking model established by Chilean department stores, Banco Ripley maintains close integration with Ripley retail stores, with many branches located within or near Ripley department stores.
